You have booked your appointment to improve the condition of your vehicle!

You have booked to have your vehicle detailed at your location. If you intended to book an appointment at our shop location please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment.

We will do our BEST to arrive on time, with unexpected traffic and or unexpected extra cleaning from previous appointment we may be a little late. We will do our best to be transparent and communicate with you on our estimated arrival time.

Please remove all personal and big items from your vehicle before we arrive at your appointment. This includes: car seats, umbrellas, blankets, bags, and cups. If your glove compartment, center console and trunk area are empty we will be able to detail these areas completely. If they are not empty we can only go around the items without taking them out.

We do not guarantee all stains, scratches, swirls or dirt will be removed from any vehicle. What we can guarantee is that we will do everything we can to make your vehicle look as good as possible.

We always give a complete walkthrough of your vehicle making sure you are happy with our service before accepting payment. If there was anything missed let us know as soon as possible so we can correct them.
